Too bad, can’t help you unless you want to pay shipping both ways and buy parts… Which would’ve been almost the price of another one. No Thanks! If you get a good one I like the product, but unwillingness to honor their word and poor customer service, nah… Just another greed driven company who doesn’t care about their customers. These are expensive, and customer service should be a helluva lot better.
