Before making any changes to your vehicle's electrical system, be aware of what you are doing!
This relay was used to replace the original. I use it for my headlights on a car that turn off the low beam when the high beam is on. This relay bypasses this setting and allows all four lights to remain on when high beam is active and return to normal when only low beam is required.
