Despite KaruSale's commitment to offering the finest variety of cell phones and accessories, my interaction with the business was unsatisfactory. My expectations were not met by their goods, and their customer service was subpar. Unfortunately, the phone I bought from KaruSale ceased working after a few weeks of use along with the accessories. Customer support representatives were unhelpful and unresponsive when I called them. Weeks of waiting and numerous attempts later, we eventually received a resolution—one that was unsatisfactory. The accessories I bought were also of bad quality and did not work as promised. The protective case did not fit snugly, and the chargers were erratic and sluggish. Overall, KaruSale was a stressful and disappointing experience for me. The customer care was poor, and the products fell short of expectations. I wouldn't suggest KaruSale to anyone looking for a dependable and superior mobile supplier.
