I like that you are able to see everything at one place! The customer portal can be difficult if you don't know how it works. There's not much else to dislike about this software as far as my experience goes. This program has been very helpful when trying to keep track of our customers' tours throughout different seasons/months etc., but also helps with marketing so we're sending emails or text messages directly back & forth instead of emailing them individually which saves time plus lets us save money too since they aren't charged separately by each person who receives an individual message.
