The ability to have desktop access across multiple devices was very convenient and this service is inexpensive as many other cloud services. There can be issues with connectivity, but they support customers in getting resolution for their specific needs. Our organization has been able to move to remote work with only 10 employees. We’re now able to be more efficient and productive since we don’t have to deal with physical items such as desktop computers and laptops. I like the capability of being able to have my own desktop in the office from home. It's easier for me to work when I'm not at the office, which gives me more flexibility. The software is very user friendly once you get used to it. At times the connection can be slow. This only happens if I am not using a good quality internet connection. Other than that, it has been great so far! We have been able to do our jobs with less stress while we're away from the office.
