Great idea, but not for me.
This item was purchased to connect my Ipad Pro and Iphone X. I was at home when I plugged in this dongle and it came with instructions on how to connect using a Wi-Fi connection, which is very similar to how the Apple TV works and mirrors your screen onto your TV. However, this dongle turns on but does not connect to my wifi. When I connected to the dongle I was able to mirror whether it was my personal photos or videos, but when I try to use something that requires Wi-Fi it can't connect to both at the same time.
