After installing this on my 2011 4x4 CC Titan, my mileage went from 1/2mpg to 1mpg. You also get a very noticeable HP increase. So if you stay on the gas for the new power, you won't get an MPG increase. Insertion was a little tedious, took about 40 minutes and I had to move a wiring harness a bit because of the air intake. (The forced air vent is NOT included and must be purchased separately here for about $105, however the blocked inlet had to go right where the wiring harness was pinched against the fender on the driver's side) When you actually step on the gas (3200 rev/ min) /min+) it sounds pretty loud, all the air is sucked in. It doesn't really bother me, but it's definitely noticeable.
