Could have used a better ear pad or cushion.

Use this headset for working from home in a call center. The sound is okay, but I don't like the speaker pad, it's too thin. At the end of a shift, my ear often bothers me. I just wish I had a better pillow. Update: I'm still using this, but I'll be getting another headset soon because of an earbud. The sound is very good, but my ear just can't handle the lack of a better cushion.
