Headset Call Center

I run a call center and they work great! All my colleagues use them and the sound is clear and they are comfortable to wear all day.

Suitable for babies: headphones

I don't have a big head and they didn't fit well and didn't balance no matter how hard I tried. I do not recommend. Spend a little more for better sound quality and a more relaxed fit.

Excellent value for money

I've been using it for many years. They are hard wearing and long lasting. Foam ear pads are rubbish, but you can buy separate leatherette ear pads. Great deal for the money.

Works perfectly! the best in headsets

Works great! No problems, sound quality is good, just what I need. So glad I found this one. I tried two other headsets that were slightly smaller but they were terrible. I wish I had found that first.

Does what it's supposed to do, great value

Only thing I don't like is the price, subtract $10 from the price and it's a steal. If you can use it, test it first, otherwise save up and get a new one. Excellent sound quality and good volume controls.

Sensitive ears rejoice

If you have sensitive ears or hyperacusis then you will like this headset. The volume controls have a very wide output and input range, meaning you can speak softly but still be heard clearly, and you don't have to compromise on increasing the volume overall. which, to put it bluntly, HURT!

Pay attention to the fine print. It does NOT include a phone or computer port.

It would be nice to mention the lack of connection in the direct description. Who has a whole day to read the fine print and discover upon arrival that there is no plug with it. Now I will figure out which plug to buy. It shouldn't be that hard, or maybe I'm just tired.

Could have used a better ear pad or cushion.

Use this headset for working from home in a call center. The sound is okay, but I don't like the speaker pad, it's too thin. At the end of a shift, my ear often bothers me. I just wish I had a better pillow. Update: I'm still using this, but I'll be getting another headset soon because of an earbud. The sound is very good, but my ear just can't handle the lack of a better cushion.

Good headset; prefers a mono headset (if .

Good headset; better mono in terms of distractions). The cable can be a bit annoying, the cable tends to twist. But this is inevitable when the length of the cord is the same for everyone.
