Compact size even as it grows

My 4 year old wears a size 10 comfortably in all other boots so I ordered a 11/12 to accommodate growth this winter plus if he wants to wear thick socks. Even without socks, they run small and the heel hangs slightly over the edge. He can't wear them in winter. I ordered the next size up so we'll see if the 13 fits the standard 10 and I'll update my review when we get it. Revain was great at to help with the refund. I will also note
