It's easy to use as it has an intuitive interface and also allows users with no technical background to easily manage their own systems. I don't have any dislikes for this software at all. The customer support team are very helpful and knowledgeable. They make sure that your needs are met by providing updates when necessary and answering questions in real time. In addition, they help troubleshoot issues when needed. It's a great product which we've used over many years now. We started out recording live feeds of our CCTV system but eventually added other applications such as recordings of audio devices (including microphones).
