I live in a catchment area with ground and river water, my water hardness is between 9 and 15 grains depending on the season. As a result, within months of installation, the new toilet was looking dirty and disgusting. I have tried various cleaning products including a traditional pumice stone to remove the hard water scale that traps all manner of dirt particles and prevents my bathroom from looking completely clean. This product helped remove ALL limescale and limescale deposits in less than three minutes. Needless to say, I was impressed. It took about six months for the residue to recover enough to require an additional three minutes of scrubbing. It just works. This is hard to say about most products that claim to remove limescale.
