I was so excited when I came across this Letrue Hot Pot Skimmer I couldn't wait for it to arrive to try it I was lucky that he arrived the same day i was cooking meat soup and came in handy to remove the fat, the foam that forms on the surface of the water, it worked much better than the soup spoon i usually use and the bowl to scoop it out and easy one to make a mess on my sink and have to wash everything. When I used this strainer to collect grease it was perfect, I could scoop it all out with a shovel and I can just toss it straight into the bin.
