Well made and surprisingly matches other polished nickel lights. Many parts are metal-coated plastic, but none feels fragile. Installation took a few minutes with the included plumbing tape and not a single part of it leaked. The head is large and the mount lifts it up making it look like a rain shower. The hose feels sturdy and is the right length for use in a 5 foot wide shower. I agree with other reviews - don't over tighten the plastic parts. I needed a wrench to remove the original showerhead, but I was able to assemble and install the Ana Bath MSS50 without tools. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's not leaking at all. In terms of water flow, it's a little less than the fixed shower head it replaced, but the spray shape is wider so I don't miss the old one. Recommended. Update August 2015: The hose's metal coating has separated from the end of the spray wand and has slid down to reveal the rubber hose. The hose itself cannot withstand the water pressure and breaks. I contacted Ana Bath and they quickly sent a replacement tube. A good product and great customer service are unfortunately a rarity these days. I love this product and this company so much I'm on the verge of buying another one for the guest bathroom.
