NO WAY! new rating for my rating.
It's terrible. I ordered a size to fit a 13 year old boy (I'm 11 so I wanted it to be a bit larger than what he normally wears). Might be suitable for an 8 year old. The material is paper thin and smells funny. If Dollar Tree sold waterproof jackets, this would be it. I immediately put it back in my bag and sent it back.
