They work and are as bright as can be. Having read the reviews of the adhesive on them being bad I will say I may need to replace them which I'm fine as I can easily but not sure if they recently changed their adhesive have or whether people do not use him clean surfaces. but mine stuck amazingly to my walls and table. They are vibrant and all colors look like any other stripes. With the glue make sure you go along the strip and press firmly on the strip and tape to make it stick to the strip and so you may have to use something to pry the backing tape from the tape or you will just rip the Adhesive from protective tape. No problem with that if you're just looking for strips to expand your setup and don't need a USB or AC adapter this is great for the price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent strip to add some color to their setup.
