Attention, folks! Obviously, someone does not understand that to use this device with certain Samsung products, such as Samsung, you need a special adapter. B. the USB Type-C adapter designed to connect to this device. The original US version came with this adapter. For some reason mine came with a small white adapter (similar to the one you originally received with the phone to replace USB "C" with USB "B"). It doesn't work with this device because it's too big. This leads to one or both of the possibilities: 1. This is not a new product but a refurbished one that someone thinks will work with this adapter (which I think might be the case as mine didn't look new but Samsung uses O-rings for box elements). and this one had a rectangular valve seal that looked yellowed) or 2. It's actually a European model that didn't come with the mandatory adapter for reasons Samsung can't even explain. If you have a specific S7 or any S8, don't worry.
