Problems with shipping out of the box and it may fall apart right in your hands!

The first earbud broke in my hand and I have insurance on this item and Revain did not take out the insurance plan I ordered with this item and my problem is not resolved! I have no questions about the work because it fell apart in my hands when I took it out of the box!
