I like that it's very easy to create forms for my clients, without having to have any experience in web design or programming. It also has great integrations with other systems such as Salesforce and MailChimp. The support team can be slow at responding but they do eventually get back to you. Sometimes their responses are not clear enough so we still need clarification from them before going ahead with our work. We had some issues when integrating with a third party service provider which was resolved soon after contacting SLCC customer care team. They were able to resolve the issue within few hours of providing us with details about what went wrong.
