I've been wearing Danskin cycling shorts like this pair for years - cotton blend, 5 inseam. They used to last for years regularly, not these. When I bought them a few months ago, I noticed that the fabric was different from what I had previously bought: the belt felt like cotton, but the body felt more synthetic and was very light, not as opaque as previously. Bought just before a long trip and decided to give it a try as I didn't have time to return. Well just a few months later I was in a yoga class for 1.5 hours and someone later told me there was a quarter sized hole in the back seam, very embarrassing! This is my size - weren't too tight. The fabric is just thin and cheap. I'm very disappointed and can't go back now because it's too late. These shorts must be marked as "Disposable".
