Provides Some Relief, But Not Intuitive
I guess it does what it's supposed to do, but there are no real instructions on how to put it together or how to care for it long term. It comes in one velcroed blob; you think you are tearing/breaking it just trying to get the pieces apart. If it wasn't for the above picture, I wouldn't know the triangle is supposed to point down.
