Hardly worth the money but it seems to work!

Hardly worth the money but seems to work! I'm doing my best to make this product work for me simply because of all the horrible reviews I've read about similar products. Mine works and doesn't eat a liter of oil every minute. That's the only good thing I can say. The Bad: The instruction manual is absolutely useless. One of the main things it's missing is the imperative to fill the oil reservoir. After reviewing these products before purchasing, I was prepared for this leadership failure. I also read that it's only Hitachi with no branding. I looked at the Hitachi "H65" manual and it helped me. The power cord was bad when shipped. Depending on how I routed the cable from the plug, it either worked or it didn't. Again I decided to fix it myself...... Which led me to another problem. The supplied cable consists of only two conductors, no ground wire. The connector itself has three pins but does not provide a ground connection to the tool body. I wrote to the manufacturer and asked if this was the standard. If so, how can you safely use it on damp or wet ground? Again, all that said, I'm trying to make it work for me. The price is right and mine works. I'm not asking much.
