The ball joint of the defective product did not move.

The product I received was not as described, it had no brand tag and the ball joint did not work. I couldn't move it at all like it was glued on or something. I even made my husband think maybe he's just stuck but no luck. I plan to return. Unfortunately, it looked like a good design when it wasn't defective.
