I love that they are responsive, friendly people who understand our business' website development process well enough so we can trust them without hesitation when it comes time for us give feedback or make recommendations! The only thing about what I don't like is their price point; not because theirs too high but just simply my personal preference as an entrepreneur/business owner would be higher than some other firms'. If you're looking into hiring someone from this firm do your research first- especially if working within marketing field (if that's where y ou work). We had multiple issues at hand while doing SEO services via web design agencies prior - lackadaisical attitude amongst employees towards client relationships etc., no accountability as far as keeping promises made during project planning stage was concerned & overall poor experience throughout whole engagement period until completion date due mainly owing to constant changes being requested which required additional fees / extensions.
