Let me state the obvious first - they are for accent lighting, not the main light. However, they work exactly as advertised. There are 11 very nice colors, plus white, cool white in this case. Each color has 4 brightness settings, there are two different programs for automatic color change and two timer options. You get 6 bulbs and 2 remotes for $22. What's not to like? Well, some reviewers dismissed cool white, but I found yellow or orange (or a mix of both) to be reasonable alternatives to warm white in a room. And if you want warm white light, there is another brand that is essentially the same bulb (iLC GU10 Color Changing LED Bulb 12 Colors 3W Dimmable Remote Controlled 2700K RGB Warm White LED Bulbs 20 W equivalent (4 pack) between these two brands I have now installed 28 of these lights in various spots around my house and they look amazing no matter how you are feeling I don't know about durability yet but so far so good. !
