Reinforced Metal is very important. This is my second backpack because my first competitor's carrier was NOT a good design and broke in two places after only 2 weeks of use. I haven't strictly followed this and I'm nowhere near the weight capacity advertised for any of these products. For these reasons I've been waiting to write a review to give it the same amount of time to prove it's worth it. I also learned to love the ease with which the 3rd generation Stoa Health stretcher can be adjusted. This is also an improvement over the competition. This involves a simple rotation and can be scaled up or down. Above all, it gives me the desired back relief. Thank you Stoa Health.
