It's soft, warm and has pockets. The hood is optional as there is no particular reason to use it. I gave this to my dad as an early birthday present because he wore a blanket like a robe so I figured he should just go broke. Now he goes after it when he's cold.
- I wish it was thicker but it's very soft.
