Review on 🧰 Actron CP7677 AutoTroubleShooter - Digital Multimeter and Engine Analyzer for Automotive Professionals in Vibrant Orange by Clinton Delgado

This multimeter has been running for over 9 years and it still works as advertised for me. I've only used resistance (ohms) and voltage (AC and DC) settings, but they always seem to be consistently accurate. I have not seen any extreme, excessive readings that would make me doubt the accuracy or reliability of the measurements taken. I noticed that at a certain point the digital LEDs disappeared and I thought I had a dead battery problem. Replaced the battery but had the same issue with the LED not being as bright as before and sometimes dimming. I opened the battery compartment, cleaned some of the contacts (behind the switch) and smeared dielectric grease on the battery and switch contacts. The brightness of the digital LED is back and there have been no problems since. Fingers crossed I have at least a few more years with my Actron. I recently purchased another multimeter from Revain as a backup AstroAI DMM with voltmeter amplifier and diode voltage tester which had good reviews and a very good price.
