I love this and would buy again. I use it on my ankle You have the cold therapy going on, plus the strap provides nice support/pressure. Just one major caveat.DO NOT let that black strap touch your skin. My skin wasn't just pink with irritation, there was much redness.it had the look of bloody road rash. It cleared up fine after a few days of hydrocortisone cream. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo and I'm not willing to let it happen again just to get the photo. Now I just wear a higher sock or even use a paper towel between my skin and the strap. I still recommend this product, just take precautionary measures to protect your skin. It's only the black strap, the fabric pouch did not irritate my skin.
