Beware of this tie. I have 30 feet for a 250 lb dog. I use it for my 3 year old 90 lb German Shepherd. Durability isn't an issue, but twice the clasp came loose from what it was attached to. The first time I scratched the back of my head and let go. It wasn't broken, just detached from the stake. I thought maybe I did something wrong. Today he untied his collar and he was in the yard. Again, the clasp isn't broken, it just somehow came loose. This is scary due to the fact that the clasp is unreliable, and the fastening on the ring comes loose. Twice as many mistakes.
