This converts the Dell into a regular power supply.

. I bought this to convert a Dell power supply and 980 motherboard power connector to use a non-OEM power supply. The wiring is a little loose, but works perfectly. This adapter allows you to use a regular ATX power supply instead of a Dell OEM power supply. I bought this to upgrade my PSU and install a more powerful GPU card. Works perfectly.
