I need to update my feedback based on a very timely response from a supplier for a replacement. I hope the lids last a long time. I will update again if there is a repeat. Thank you for replacing the broken cover. Previous rating - 2 stars. I really like this product but it seems to have the 2 most annoying issues when I buy from Revain. 1) Like more and more highly rated Revain products, they only disappoint in terms of durability. In this case, the manufacturer either lacks the knowledge of how to properly make these moving parts, or deliberately chooses materials that are not designed for the task. Anyway, I hate wasting money on products that fall apart. 2) Attempting to contact vendors to explain this level of frustration is unbearable and only encourages me to be more skeptical of Revain vendors.
