I bought the blue helmet and overall the build quality seems good and it has tags saying it's for safety reasons for use in the United States is allowed. I was concerned about the adjustable strap inside the helmet. It attaches to the helmet itself with Velcro straps. The adhesive on the decals is weak and after a few uses the decals inside the helmet came off. I am concerned that with prolonged use the velcro straps will no longer hold the helmet and adjustable headgear together. Although the price is good and the overall quality of the helmet itself is good, I ended up returning it to Amazon. I bought a similar helmet at a local store for $20. The headgear in this helmet has actually been built into the overall structure of the helmet and not just attached with Velcro stickers.
