My little one doesn't like carrying something on his head for a long time. He wears it with no problem. It is very light but protects his head. It has a nice dial to adjust the pad on your head for a secure fit. The only downside is that he's figured out where it is and sometimes gets confused with it, but that's typical of a 2-year-old who loves dials and buckles. We really like this simple, inexpensive helmet.

We bought this helmet to replace a Joovy helmet that was damaged in a hard crash from the bike. Unfortunately, while it looks almost identical, it's inferior in every way. The tensioner needs regular tightening, it doesn't have proper internal padding to prevent slipping, and the straps slip and slide, so you have to constantly center them. We will buy the Joovy we had before, it was of much better quality.

I bought this for my 2.5 year old. It's adjustable so she can grow into it, which is great. Inside the helmet there is a strap that is adjustable and attaches to the helmet with Velcro. It just fits her perfectly and seems to sit just right on her head. It's very light but seems quite durable. There doesn't seem to be a lot of under 3 year old helmets to choose from. I previously bought another one that wasn't as strong and didn't fit. This one is way better.

I bought the blue helmet and overall the build quality seems good and it has tags saying it's for safety reasons for use in the United States is allowed. I was concerned about the adjustable strap inside the helmet. It attaches to the helmet itself with Velcro straps. The adhesive on the decals is weak and after a few uses the decals inside the helmet came off. We bought this green helmet 3 months ago for our year and a half year old. If I remember correctly, it had a head circumference of 48.5 cm and it fitted well. Since the handle on the back can adjust the fit to his head, I assume he'll be able to use it for some time. It must be comfortable because there were days when he refused to take it off!
