This is a really well made product. He has weight. Just be aware that it'll warp in the oven anyway (they all warp), but because it's made of thick steel it won't burst and splatter you with hot sauce. It slowly deforms when heated and slowly unfolds when cooled, making it more controllable. Good quality pans are really inexpensive (I mean $15-20. 4 lattes, right?!) Buy a heavy pan, groom it with a Brillo pad occasionally and you'll have it. forever and ever! And finally, if you want to avoid chemicals on your non-stick pans, use a silicone mat!
