Review on Dorman 1590103 Chevrolet Passenger Headlight by Anthony Woolley

Dorman 1590103 Headlight Assembly: Assemblies were received very quickly. They appear to be quality items, although there is no indication at all that they were made by Dorman. They are made by "Eagle Eyes" of Taiwan and do not include installation instructions. I've found that an easy way to secure the knots is to remove the trellis, which is very easy (you tube video shows how to remove the trellis). Lateral adjustment is best done by ignoring the vertical adjustment screw. The back of the controller is secured with two Phillips screws. Remove both screws and turn the newly loosened part on the threaded screw with your fingers to adjust the side. One of the metal sockets for the high beam bulb was loose, causing the bulb to dangle in the socket. I put a very small washer between the head of the screw and the metal bracket in all three places. Then it was tight - there were no further problems. Low and high beam bulbs were also included. Apparently GM installed lights in front of the grille. It's nice to have clear lenses again.
