My wife ordered the C20, the larger original version and was absolutely happy with her work. Now I'm also a fan of this brand, with this compact version. After a week with this little gadget, here are some pros and cons you might want to know before you buy: 1080P video with much higher resolution and an instantly wider viewing angle than my Macbook's stock camera; Noise control is impressive, my colleagues and clients have told me across Zoom meetings; The speaker is pretty good, but I wouldn't say it's excellent. I just love how they put the USB-C cable under the base of the camera and hide the USB adapter. The device is white and gray in color, looks like a Google Home gadget, fits perfectly on my desk. Cons: The speaker isn't very good for music. Like they said, it's probably set to voice. I have to put a box/books in it to elevate it a bit to a level where it doesn't look like I'm looking down on anyone.
