Very useful tool that is beneficial not only internally, externally too
I like how easy it was for me as an employee of this organization to learn about all their products so quickly! It also helps us keep up-to date when there are new updates or changes made by our client's side which makes life easier in terms of keeping everyone informed at once instead of having one person update each other individually (which can be time consuming).
There isn't much else i dislike yet but if they added more features then maybe things would change? Maybe something similar what Salesforce offers where employees could have access via mobile devices etc.? This software has helped streamline communication between clients/customers & internal personnel who work within these organizations regarding any questions asked pertaining towards current projects being worked upon / completed.
- The way that you get notified whenever anything is updated through email notifications, alerts from your phone device while using apps such as Google Maps ect..and even seeing upcoming product releases with info included very helpful!! Also learning everything available related directly onto my computer screen without needing extra tools just simply accessing them online!!! Not sure exactly why we don’t already use shelf technology before now..it
