I like that they have both Linux and Windows servers in their infrastructure. They really go above and beyond for you when it comes time to support your business needs. The team is very helpful with solving issues, even if they are not directly related to theming or customization. If you need help from an expert who can solve complex problems then this vendor will be able to deliver. We needed someone who was willing to take a long term approach. It took 5 months before we could get our server up and running as expected. After getting used to the system, everything has been great!
