The implementation was very quick since I had done all my research prior to making an appointment with them for training purposes only (since there is not much tech support). They were able to answer any questions that came up during our sessions immediately! I like that they have both Linux and Windows servers in their infrastructure. They really go above and beyond for you when it comes time to support your business needs. The team is very helpful with solving issues, even if they are not directly related to theming or customization. If you need help from an expert who can solve complex problems then this vendor will be able to deliver. We needed someone who was willing to take a long term approach. The best part is that they have been very responsive in taking care of our needs for web hosting services as well as email management with their team members providing excellent customer support service. They are also flexible when it comes time to meet new demands or requirements which has helped us stay ahead of competition.
