The implementation was very quick since I had done all my research prior to making an appointment with them for training purposes only (since there is not much tech support). They were able to answer any questions that came up during our sessions immediately! Very easy team to work within - everyone in charge knew what they needed from us as clients/customers AND we felt like part owners when working together at multiple sites throughout Chicago; no one feeling left out or forgotten about while getting tasks completed. We implemented more than 100 devices into this system over 5 years so it has gotten easier each year but still difficult trying to keep pace between both new releases & older versions. Our accounting department can now easily access data without running back outside their office just because something changed internally regarding how things used to be set up before using another vendor's software package instead.
