Review on HENDUN Wireless Remote Door Alarm: Enhancing Child Safety, Eldercare Monitoring, and Apartment Security (1 Pack) by Michael Nard

At the moment this is the only door alarm that is thin enough to fit in our small doorway (the door is surrounded by a thick wall) and I'm glad about that because the Remote control does it really is better than the majority. Without them, the neighbors would just get used to the noise and it would alert people that we were leaving. Another great feature is that it will beep for 30 seconds when the door is opened even if the door is closed if you don't have the remote. Our camera has a slight lag, but even if the lag is 15 seconds, it still catches the alarm for an additional 15 seconds, which is great. The only problem we have is that it only comes with one remote control and there doesn't seem to be an option to buy another separately. I wouldn't take a whole star off for that, except now I have to be home before my fiancé when I set the alarm, which means we'll have to buy a whole extra set just for the remote and hopefully match the original. Alarm. I deduct a star for that. Otherwise we really like how well it works, it fits in place, the band works well, the remote is great and the fact that you need it to keep it from turning off is even better. It's loud enough, but not so shrill that it's awkward to tune. And I should mention when I first got it, there was no battery for the alarm itself, although there were batteries in the remote control. I tried some old AAAs and they seemed like they just chirped and didn't turn off the alarm, but when I put in the fresh ones it worked great. Update: I ordered another one just so we can have 2 remotes because without the second remote it becomes practically useless as I can't arm it unless I get home first. The instructions on how to sync the new remote to the original alarm clock were a little difficult to understand and took a while, but I managed. I don't know how we're going to use the second alarm now because it would also require its own remote control, which I think is a huge oversight. Also, we're very happy with how it's worked so far.
