Review on Cellucor Corperfromance Creatine Servings 12 69 by Tina Moore

This is my first time using creatine powder and I have been debating between powder and pills. I ended up going for the powder as I needed it pre workout and it came in a kit which was really good! Overall I've seen an improvement in muscle and strength so I gave it 4 stars because that's what it advertised and there's a lot of portions for the price! However, I say that next time I'd rather take a pill. ! There was nothing wrong with the powder, but neither did it dissolve for me (I had to stir it constantly to make it 'disappear') - which I think should be fairly compatible with creatine powders across the board, but I can' Do not say that. . talk about it. Pills I think would be easier to take. Also, it's unflavored but has a chalky texture and definitely has some flavor! I mix it with water and Mio to coat it a bit!
