
For some reason this player completely distorted the sound of my record. It wasn't old vinyl, it was brand new, I hadn't even played it before. I checked the RPM, checked for scratches etc and couldn't figure out what the problem was. One side of the vinyl sounded good, then I flipped it over and suddenly it sounded distorted. I returned this and got another player which you can find here (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QVY2VT8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and the same vinyl sounds perfectly fine . .
