I've had the duvet for a few weeks now and I really like it. A few years ago an ice storm sapped my strength for more than 70 hours. I folded all the blankets I had on my bed, could hardly move but slept like a baby. When the weighted blankets arrived I finally got one. I can honestly say they are great. I fall asleep faster, sleep better and wake up less often at night. I've been waking up between 2:30 and 3:30 am every night for years. I could almost change my watch, it was that regular. Sometimes I could fall asleep again, sometimes not. Now I rarely wake up, and when I wake up, I go back to sleep. I wish I had received my weighted blanket sooner. Only take the size that covers you, not the entire bed.
