I have reviewed many different fountain pumps and based on the positive reviews and consumption rating I chose this one. My fountain is only about 1 foot tall and definitely has enough power to power a larger fountain. When I first turned on the pump I set it on high and it was too powerful for my small fountain. I ended up trimming it down to the bare minimum and it's perfect! Will definitely be ordering more of these for future fountain projects! It's also so affordable that when I live a few years I won't mind buying a new one. Who knows, maybe it will last longer. That would be wonderful :)
