That's good. Small and portable, not as tall as a "real" tripod, but it wouldn't be as portable. The metal looks and feels high quality. Also, the seller was very nice with the question. There is a picture on the box showing only the selfie monopod so I thought they sent me the wrong item but there is actually a tripod base inside although it is not described on the outside of the box. It was packed very well. There are stickers on the selfie stick that tell you how to open/close it, but they don't correspond to how it actually works. Also, the spring on the phone holder is very strong/tight and I was concerned that it might damage the phone (and/or its case) so I stretched/weakened it by stretching it over the rain of wood that caused the was the right size for it.
