I bought a couple of these when the OEM Sram SR4 (flip flops) were falling apart! Always before? I had gear issues and chain drag all the time, but? NO LONGER! I get PERFECT alignment EVERY TIME! No fuss, easy to install (8 to 10 minutes?) and they WORK! GREAT! I wasn't sure if I could replace my trigger switch switches (Sr-4) with the twist shift genre. THAT was the best $16 investment I've made in a long time! Yes, they're mostly plastic, but they WORK. The cables were PRE-INSTALLED on the shifter AND the handlebar extensions were also included. (I AM NOT an avid racer IF I'm late for college!) Very happy! Very satisfied!
