I bought this to replace worn/damaged switches on my son's Trek MT220. The kit included a three-speed front derailleur, a seven-speed rear derailleur and two handlebar grips. The switches came pre-installed with cables. There were no instructions on how to remove the old pins, so I just cut them open with a utility knife and took them off.
