I bought this Sram 3.0 Comp Twister Mountain.

Bought this set of Sram 3.0 Comp Twister mountain bike shifters for an old Specialized Rockhopper. This derailleur did not work well with my bike. The front derailleur skips some rear derailleurs. What you need to know: The instructions for the rear derailleur state that it is compatible with the following rear derailleurs: SRAM X.0/X.9/X.7/5.0/4.0/3.0 (shift ratio 1:1). Compatible with the following derailleurs: SRAM and Shimano derailleurs

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Easy install, works almost the same as what it replaced

I bought this to replace worn/damaged switches on my son's Trek MT220. The kit included a three-speed front derailleur, a seven-speed rear derailleur and two handlebar grips. The switches came pre-installed with cables. There were no instructions on how to remove the old pins, so I just cut them open with a utility knife and took them off. It was extremely easy to remove and swap out the switches (last year I tried just swapping out the switch wires and it was so difficult I'll never do it…

  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks
