The flowers are badly glued to the bracelet VERY NEAR the regulator. This means you CANNOT change the size. My backpack is glued to a standard size that doesn't fit any of the animals I need it for. . All they had to do was stick it on the OTHER SIDE and you could make the collar half size. Such a bad design.
